Favorite Bible Verse 

Thus, the last will be first, and the first will be last. – Matthew 20:16

I have always been drawn to the parables more than anything in the Bible.  (I think that's the teacher in me who always loves a good analogy!)  My favorite among them is the parable of the Workers in the Vineyard.  (Matthew 20: 1-16)  The specific verse that sums up that parable is Verse 16: "Thus, the last will be first, and the first will be last."
